Ia menekankan bahwa penyelesaian fisik bangunan saja tidaklah cukup. Lebih dari itu, kawasan ini diproyeksikan menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi kerakyatan sekaligus sarana hiburan yang sehat bagi warga. Jika memang terdapat kendala teknis yang masih mengganjal operasional di lapangan, ia meminta segera dilakukan evaluasi tanpa menunda-nunda waktu.
