Pemerintah Kota Samarinda resmi memulai kebijakan <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Work From Home<\/em> (WFH) satu hari dalam sepekan yang dijadwalkan setiap hari Jumat.<\/div>\n<div role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"3\" data-animation-nesting=\"\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\" data-sae=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBRAA\" data-processed=\"true\" data-complete=\"true\">Kebijakan ini bukan sekadar memberi kesempatan pegawai bekerja dari rumah, melainkan langkah nyata menindaklanjuti arahan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) untuk efisiensi energi nasional.<\/div>\n<div class=\"Fsg96\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Wali Kota Samarinda, Andi Harun, memimpin langsung pengawasan perdana kebijakan ini dari <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Command Center<\/em> Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo). Dari pusat kendali tersebut, performa para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dipantau secara <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">real-time<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICBAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">&#8220;Pemerintah pusat mengarahkan seluruh instansi untuk melakukan penghematan energi, mulai dari BBM hingga listrik. Pemkot telah menyiapkan sistem pengawasan digital yang ketat:<\/div>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li class=\"dF3vjf\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-sae=\"\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">Absensi 3 Kali Sehari:<\/strong> Menggunakan sistem <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">auto-tagging<\/em> atau <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">geo-tagging<\/em> untuk memastikan pegawai benar-benar berada di lokasi yang dilaporkan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"dF3vjf\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICxAB\" data-complete=\"true\" data-sae=\"\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">Seragam Tetap Wajib:<\/strong> Walau di rumah, ASN tetap wajib mengenakan pakaian dinas sesuai ketentuan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"dF3vjf\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICxAC\" data-complete=\"true\" data-sae=\"\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">Laporan Harian:<\/strong> Setiap tugas harus dilaporkan dan diverifikasi untuk memastikan <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\">output<\/em> kerja tetap terjaga.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIDRAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Inovasi menarik dari kebijakan ini adalah hadirnya <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">dashboard monitoring<\/em>.
