Dalam konferensi pers yang digelar di Balai Kota, Kamis (16\/4\/2026), Wali Kota Samarinda Andi Harun mengumumkan pemutusan kontrak kerja sama dengan pihak penyedia jasa.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIAxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBRAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Keputusan ini diambil setelah Inspektorat Samarinda melakukan <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">review<\/em> internal dan menemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara spesifikasi kendaraan dalam perjanjian dengan realisasi di lapangan.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBRAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBhAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Berbeda dengan gaya komunikasi politik yang biasanya saling lempar tanggung jawab, Andi Harun secara terbuka mengakui adanya ketidakcermatan di internal Pemkot Samarinda.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">\u201cDalam peristiwa ini terjadi ketidakcermatan dari dua belah pihak. Kami akui secara jujur bahwa ada kelemahan di internal pemerintah. Mengakui kesalahan jauh lebih elegan dibanding saling menyalahkan,\u201d tegas Andi Harun di hadapan awak media.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIBxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICBAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Sebagai tindak lanjut, Pemkot Samarinda telah menarik unit kendaraan dan mengembalikannya kepada penyedia secara resmi. Selain itu, Andi Harun menginstruksikan audit lanjutan yang mencakup seluruh tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga penganggaran.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICBAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICRAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Langkah ini dilakukan untuk menelusuri apakah ada unsur kesengajaan atau pelanggaran disiplin kepegawaian oleh oknum internal. Tak hanya itu, Pemkot juga tengah menghitung ulang anggaran yang sudah sempat terserap untuk segera dikembalikan ke kas daerah.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEICRAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIChAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Bagi Andi Harun, langkah transparansi ini merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab moral kepada masyarakat.
